Ingredients:
water, oat flakes 30%, linseed, sunflowerseeds, rye grains 3%, pumpkin seeds, psyllium, puffed spelt* 1,5%, puffed rye malt 1,5%, sugar beet syrup, apple cider vinegar, iodized salt, apple fibre.
Oats & Linseed multigrain bread is vegan ánd is lactose-free, contains no E-numbers and no yeast.
Storage advise:
Store the bread in a dark, cool place in the original package. Because this bread contains no preservatives, it has a limited shelf life after opening. You can keep it in the fridge, but when you store it in the fridge the bread can dry out a bit faster. You can also freeze the bread on the day of purchase, just like other bread.
